Our succulent duck magret is from ducks that have been fed and raised to produce our grade A+ foie gras. The result of this is a generously large, tender and leaner meat than a regular duck. The taste is delicious and comparable to a red meat as opposed to a blander poultry meat. Flash frozen to preserve the integrity of the flavour, and give you the most authentically delicious taste.
