Tomahawk Steak



This unique, great tasting cut of beef comes all the way from Prince Edward Island. Although this cut is similar to that of a rib-eye steak, the Tomahawk cut is much bigger and has an extra rib bone in the meat to lock in the rich flavour and keep the meat extremely tender. The reason why this cut is probably the most flavourful, is due to having the largest amount of marbling than any other cut. When cooked or roasted, this great taste is released from both the huge bone, and inter-muscular fat, giving it a sweet gelatinous taste. Usually made for sharing due to it’s large size and thickness, ideal for oven roasting and grilling.
