

Ingredients

1lb deer cut in small cubes

2 chopped shallots

3 tbsp olive oil

1/4 cup dried cranberries

2 tbsp of cranberry juice

1 oz of vodka

5 chive stems chives

5 dill stems chopped

1/2 lemon juice

Salt pepper

Preparation

In a bowl, add cranberries and cranberry juice. Cover with plastic wrap and heat for 1 minute. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.

In a bowl, mix vodka, lemon, olive oil, salt and pepper. Add the cranberries and mix again. Finally, Add the rest of the ingredients and mix with a spoon. The mixture must be homogeneous. Refrigerate 10 minutes and serve immediately.
